Wilson Joseph, alias "Lanmò Sanjou," leader of the Gwoup Rebel 400 Mawozo, wrote a letter to U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres on Sunday, asking him to send a delegation to Haiti for dialogue and mediation. A Guterres spokesperson confirmed this on Monday.
