Disney and its subsidiary ABC filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, seeking an emergency injunction to halt the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) early broadcast license renewal proceedings against eight Disney-owned ABC stations.
