On Wednesday, U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent launched a website for the Trump Accounts initiative, which will give U.S. citizen children, who are born Jan. 1, 2025–Dec. 31, 2028, with valid Social Security numbers a $1,000 government deposit into tax-deferred accounts invested in the stock market.
