U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Iceland on Monday to advance U.S. interests in the Arctic, with talks in Reykjavik focused on economic and security collaboration, the State Department said. He is the first U.S. Secretary of State to visit since Antony Blinken in 2021.
