charged with coercion.This comes as Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger
quit the International Criminal Court (ICC),the ICC
charged the Philippines' Rodrigo Duterte with crimes against humanity,and France's Nicolas Sarkozy was
sentenced to five years in jail.Meanwhile, Moldova
arrested more than 70 people over alleged Russian election interference,Madagascar
imposed a curfew following violent protests,Peter Mutharika
won Malawi's presidential election,and Syria
set Oct. 5 for the first parliamentary vote since Bashar al-Assad's fall.
