A Honduran court on Tuesday dismissed fraud and money laundering charges against former President Juan Orlando Hernandez, with judiciary spokesperson Carlos Silva stating the judge found Hernandez "did not authorize" or "manage" the disputed funds and saw no increase in his assets.
