Texas's drag ban was rightfully struck down as unconstitutional — the law was so vague it could've banned all kinds of artistic expression. Free speech doesn't bend to government overreach, and if a performance offends someone, that person has every right not to attend. This ruling is a clear win for the First Amendment.

Blocking Texas's drag ban puts kids at risk and spits in the face of Texas values — a judge telling parents to simply "don't go" isn't protection but abdication.
