Version 7.7.2
The evidence against Tyler Robinson is overwhelming — text messages, witness testimony and now surveillance footage all point to one shooter. Conspiracy theories about fake deaths, exploding microphones and Israeli plots have zero evidentiary basis, and even Robinson's own defense team hasn't argued someone else pulled the trigger. When the rubber meets the road in a courtroom, speculation without proof isn't a defense.
No footage of the actual shot exists — the state's own witness confirmed it in open court. The figure on the surveillance footage appears far taller than Robinson's documented height, and Robinson's car was allegedly spotted being driven by a completely different person after the shooting. Assuming a man fired a rifle from a rooftop, with zero video of the act, is a foundation of guesswork.
