The Trump administration's wind energy freeze was always a political stunt dressed up as national security policy, and courts keep seeing right through it. The DOD clearly violated legal deadlines and offered zero meaningful justification for the halt. Blocking affordable clean energy while blowing $1.2 billion in taxpayer money to buy out offshore wind leases is reckless governance and must be stopped.
