Catherine Ashton

Catherine Ashton, Baroness Ashton of Upholland, served as the first High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission from 2009 to 2014. She is a British Labour Party politician who previously held positions including Leader of the House of Lords and European Commissioner for Trade.
