Asaad al-Shaibani

Asaad al-Shaibani is a Syrian diplomat who became Syria's Foreign Minister in December 2024 following the fall of the Assad regime. He previously served as a political opposition figure and was appointed to lead Syria's diplomatic efforts during the transitional period under the new government led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham.
