The New Zealand High Court sentenced cult leader Kaixiao Liu to 10 years and five months in prison on Tuesday, after he was convicted of manslaughter and kidnapping in connection with the death of 70-year-old Shulai Wang, a Chinese national who had been living at his home near Auckland.
