Zelenskyy: 'Russian Airspace is Becoming Completely Unsafe'
Are these natural consequences for Russia's war or is the Ukrainian leader openly threatening civilians?

Pro-Ukraine narrative
Russia started this war of aggression and in doing so, it blockaded Ukrainian ports, attacked energy infrastructure and closed Ukraine's airspace. Well, these consequences must not be confined to Ukraine and it's natural they extend to Russia. Ukraine is exercising its right to self defense and is warning airlines and insurers that Russian skies are no longer safe because it does not want innocent lives lost from the reality of increased aerial responses.
Pro-Russia narrative
To translate Zelenskyy's comments into plain English, he is openly threatening civilian aircraft and airports. It appears that Ukraine and its NATO backers are preparing to further escalate this conflict.
