The Spin

Left narrative

Netanyahu holds an ICC arrest warrant for war crimes and crimes against humanity, yet flies freely to the U.S. while the killing in Gaza continues. Mamdani is right to demand federal enforcement of that warrant — silence in the face of documented atrocities is its own moral failure. Letting perpetrators profit from genocide without accountability drags the world back to the lawlessness that existed before 1945.

Right narrative

Mamdani runs a city of 8.5 million people yet burns resources on a legally impossible stunt that violates diplomatic immunity, the U.N. Headquarters agreement and federal law barring cooperation with the ICC. Antisemitic hate crimes in New York jumped 71% in his first six months — that's the consequence of leadership that mainstreams demagoguery. This is reckless posturing at Jewish New Yorkers' expense.
