Trump's latest executive order on birthright citizenship is flatly unconstitutional and courts are right to block it. The Supreme Court already settled this — children in the certified class are citizens at birth by any legal standard. Ignoring that ruling is lawlessness from to very top of government.

One district judge blocking an executive order crafted specifically around the Supreme Court's own June ruling is judicial overreach at its worst. The 14th Amendment was never meant to rubber-stamp birth tourism or reward illegal entry with automatic citizenship. This fight belongs back at the Supreme Court, and that's exactly where it's headed.
