The Assembly then rewrote its own removal procedure mid-process, barred Khan from speaking and collapsed two separate votes into one. Call that accountability stretches the term beyond recognition — it's blatant railroading.

The long-delayed removal of Karim Khan from the ICC underscores deep concerns about the institution's credibility. His pursuit of arrest warrants against Israel's elected leaders was a politically motivated misuse of international law. Israel, a democracy with an independent judiciary defending itself against terrorism, was unfairly targeted — the warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant should be revoked immediately.

Israel's campaign to discredit the ICC by highlighting Karim Khan's misconduct does not invalidate the court's case against Netanyahu and Gallant.
