The Spin

Anti-Trump narrative

Impeaching Pete Hegseth would be a necessary check on a Pentagon chief who's enabling war crimes that violate U.S. law and the Geneva Convention. Hegseth is reckless and unfit for wartime leadership, and letting him stay in charge risks more American lives and emboldens lawless conduct that's already destroyed schools, hospitals and civilian infrastructure.

Pro-Trump narrative

This impeachment push is pure political theater from a party that can't win and resorts to endless smears against strong America First picks. Hegseth is a decorated combat veteran who's exactly the kind of leader needed to restore accountability to a Pentagon riddled with rot. The American people voted for this and Democrats are wasting their time.
