Tell someone facing removal that Cameroon is the destination and suddenly going home voluntarily with $3,000 sounds fine, which is exactly the leverage a broken system needed. The torture stories are recycled hoaxes that fuel attacks on officers hunting criminal aliens committing violent crimes, and no court should shield people who refuse to leave.
