Congo Ebola Cases Top 8,000 as Attacks Hinder Response

Congo's health ministry reported Monday that confirmed Ebola cases have passed 8,000 for the first time in the current outbreak, with 8,067 cases and 3,901 deaths as of Sept. 26, a case fatality rate of 48.4%.
