Version 7.6.4
This law is a legitimate legal framework rooted in decades of constitutional and criminal law. Article 63's extraterritorial reach is narrower than that exercised by the U.S. under the Global Magnitsky Act, making Western outrage a textbook double standard. With 420 poverty-stricken minority counties lifted out of poverty, the law's foundation is real, measurable progress.
This law doesn't celebrate diversity — it legally mandates conformity to a Han-dominated national identity, pushing Uyghurs, Tibetans and Mongolians to abandon their cultures. It must be repealed, as Tibetan children are already being separated from their heritage in state boarding schools. Extending this law beyond China's borders gives Beijing a weapon to silence diaspora voices worldwide.
