The Spin

Narrative A

Advisors spend only about a sixth of their time with clients, while the rest gets eaten by prep, paperwork and hunting through three systems for the same account data. Claude for Financial Advisors plugs straight into the custodians, CRMs and planning tools already in use, then drafts briefs, recaps and follow-ups. Every recommendation still gets human sign-off, so the tradeoff is more households served.

Narrative B

Automating the paperwork is fine, but a machine can never approximate the heart of financial advice. Trust isn't about getting the right answer; it's built through repeated human interaction and the confidence that vulnerabilities won't be exploited, which no algorithm earns. Systems lean on incomplete statistics and bake in bias where human judgment is required.
