Venezuela is restructuring its foreign service to reaffirm its unwavering commitment to defend genuine national sovereignty and contribute to a new world order based on cooperation, inclusion, respect for international law, self-determination and solidarity. Reallocating resources from Western countries to strategic partners in the resistance to hegemonic pressures can only have positive effects for the country.
