The Spin

Pro-Palestine narrative

This is unsurprising, as despite universal knowledge of Israel's war crimes against Palestinians, powerful actors like the U.S. shield it from accountability. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, backed by both nations, has been implicated in killings at aid hubs, with Israeli troops and mercenaries firing on starving civilians. Political pressure, threats against ICC prosecutors and media campaigns ensure cases are stifled, protecting Israel’s impunity.

Pro-Israel narrative

Israel has faced politically motivated reports like this for years, and this is no different. Claims of war crimes are often blood libels, ignoring Israel's right to self-defense against Hamas' atrocities. The ICC's warrants, based on specious allegations, weaponize the law against Israel's very existence. Western politicians' failures to sanction the ICC, despite its bias, fuel antisemitism, ignoring the very real threats Jews and Israelis face on a daily basis.
