The White House announced on Thurs. that VP Kamala Harris' Chief of Staff Tina Flournoy will step down next month, the latest and highest-ranking in a recent string of high-profile departures from Harris' office. Flournoy is reportedly leaving for "personal reasons."
Veteran Democratic operative and communications expert Lorraine Voles, who has served as a senior adviser to Harris since last summer, will replace Flournoy.
Every departure is further proof that Harris is bad at her job and terrible to work for. No amount of staff changes will make her more effective as VP.
Harris' first year had bumps along the road, but the staff changes have put her on the right track, as evidenced by her diplomatic success this year, including a nearly flawless trip to Poland last month.
