Musk should be aware that, while disgruntled Twitter employees are probably in the minority, he should grant everyone equal credence. In the grand scheme, Musk must keep his promises to earn the respect of the company's labor force.
Regardless of what's said in this meeting, or what Musk says in public, there's no reason to trust him at this point. His actions are what matter, and his tweeting history predicts a dim future for him as the owner of the company.
