Kate Shaw

Kate Shaw is an American lawyer and Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, specializing in constitutional law, separation of powers, and the law of the presidency. She is best known as co-host of the legal podcast Strict Scrutiny, a legal contributor for ABC News, and a former Associate Counsel and Deputy Press Secretary in the Obama White House.
