Helena Foulkes

Helena Foulkes is an American business executive best known for serving as President and CEO of CVS Health and later as CEO of Hudson's Bay Company (HBC). She is recognized for her decision to remove tobacco products from CVS stores and has served on multiple corporate boards. She is the Democratic nominee for governor in 2026.
