BTG Pactual
Banco BTG Pactual S.A. is the largest investment bank in Latin America, headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, offering services in investment banking, corporate lending, sales and trading, asset management, and wealth management. Originally founded in 1983 as Pactual by Cândido Bracher and others, it became BTG Pactual in 2009 following a merger and went public in 2012 in what was Brazil's largest IPO at the time.
