The U.S. Department of State announced in a press statement on Monday visa restrictions on more than two dozen nationals of fellow Shield of the Americas participants Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru for allegedly undermining democratically-elected governments through corruption or narcotrafficking.
