Itamar Ben-Gvir

Itamar Ben-Gvir is an Israeli far-right politician, lawyer, and former Minister of National Security from 2022 to 2025. He resigned from his ministerial position on January 19, 2025, in protest of the Israeli–Palestinian prisoner exchange and ceasefire deal. Gvir is the leader of the Otzma Yehudit party, which occupies a notably right-wing position regarding Jewish settlements and Palestinian issues.
