The events in Kyiv were absolutely disgraceful — such force in Ukraine is only permitted against legal targets, i.e. Russian occupiers. The relevant authorities have been tasked with investigating to ensure accountability and personnel changes over what took place.
Establishment-critical narrative
This shootout is the natural consequence of neo-Nazis, under the protection of intelligence services, being given safe haven to operate in Ukraine. A fatal exchange that put the public at risk like this was always going to be the outcome when violent types are incorporated into state infrastructure.
