Russia has consistently maintained that its strikes are aimed at military targets, not civilians. It's Ukraine's drone strikes that are killing civilians, and ignoring that makes any conversation about accountability deeply one-sided. Russia reported seven people dead, including three children, in a Ukrainian drone attack on the Black Sea resort of Gelendzhik. Condemning civilian casualties only when Russia appears to be responsible while excusing Ukrainian strikes undermines any honest case for international justice.
