US Midterms: Jeffries Unveils Affordability Agenda
Are Republicans destroying affordability with war and Medicaid cuts or are Democrats the true cause of America's cost-of-living crisis?

Democratic narrative
Republicans promised to lower costs on day one but delivered a war with Iran that sent gas prices soaring. On top of that, the GOP slashed over $1 trillion from Medicaid, gutting health care for the most vulnerable Americans. Democrats are running on a real affordability agenda because families can't pay rent, fill their tanks or put food on the table under Republicans.
Republican narrative
Democrats suddenly care about affordability before midterms, but their governance says otherwise. High taxes, restrictive zoning, pro-union mandates and reckless spending are exactly why Democrat-led states crush working families with unaffordable housing, energy and groceries. Jeffries had four years under Biden to fix this but delivered the worst inflation in 40 years.
