This so-called "National Call to Action" is just Compact 1.0 with softer packaging — the first version failed because higher education united against political interference, and this one deserves the same rejection. Racially coded language about "merit" and smearing peaceful protesters as "unruly and violent" exposes the real agenda beneath the reasonable-sounding rhetoric. The compact collapsed once already, and organized resistance can make it collapse again.
