Ukraine's anti-corruption system is working: investigators exposed an alleged protection racket, secured detentions and prompted the top prosecutor's exit. Kravchenko deserves due process because no public suspect designation exists, but resigning was the right move to protect the office and keep the probe credible.
One resignation cannot clean up a systemic corruption problem. Repeated scandals, efforts to curb independent anti-graft bodies and alleged graft near Zelensky's inner circle demand wider accountability, not a convenient exit for the prosecutor general.
