Two Women Sue Matt Gaetz Over Alleged Sex Trafficking

The Facts
- Two women identified as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 sued former Rep. Matt Gaetz, former Seminole County tax collector Joel Greenberg and former Florida state Rep. Chris Dorworth on Thursday in federal court in Orlando, alleging a sex trafficking scheme.
- The complaint says Greenberg recruited the women, who were 20 and 22 in the summer of 2017, through the website SeekingArrangement.com. It alleges Gaetz paid Jane Doe 1 more than $6,000 and Jane Doe 2 more than $4,000, with memos including "Love you."
- Jane Doe 1 alleges Gaetz had sex with her at a July 2017 party at Dorworth's Florida home, where drugs circulated, and that she saw Gaetz have sex with a 17-year-old identified as Victim A. Gaetz has repeatedly denied having sexual relations with a minor. Greenberg is serving an 11-year federal prison sentence.
