Left narrative
Sanctioning judges and prosecutors is a naked attempt to make the world safe for American and Israeli war criminals. Cutting jurists off from banks and credit cards was a tool built for warlords and crooks. Claiming territorial jurisdiction is an outrage only works if committing atrocities abroad counts as a sovereign right.
Right narrative
An unelected tribunal that claims nearly unlimited power over countries that never joined it deserves to be dismantled brick by brick. Americans are guaranteed constitutional protections that a foreign court offers no version of, and no treaty signed by other governments can strip those away.
