Version 7.18.3
Signed papers and slogans about sovereignty don't build factories, feed families or keep villages safe. A partnership that runs only one way, with valuable resources and recruits heading out and little more than empty promises coming back, is extraction under a friendlier flag. Moscow deserves the same scrutiny and accountability demanded of Washington, Brussels and Beijing, not a free pass simply for challenging Western influence.
Africa deserves partners who show up with real investment and mutual respect, not lectures and pressure campaigns designed to keep the continent in line. Sovereign cooperation on energy, food and technology offers a better future than the old colonial arrangement where resources flow out and little comes back in return. Choosing friends freely, without outside interference or pressure, is exactly what independence was supposed to mean.
