UK: NHS Rolls Out Faster Keytruda Jab for 14 Cancers
Is this a triumph for British health care or a misleading spin on a foreign pharmaceutical breakthrough?

The NHS rollout of the one-minute Keytruda jab is a massive win for patients and a clear sign that the government's modernization efforts are delivering real results. Tens of thousands of cancer patients across the U.K. will now get treated up to 90% faster, which is exactly the kind of innovation that saves lives when tackling illnesses that demand rapid treatment.
Government-critical narrative
The government's attempt to coin this as an "NHS cancer jab" is deliberately misleading. Rather, this treatment was developed by Merck in the U.S. using South Korean technology, where it was already available before reaching Europe. Framing this as an NHS achievement, therefore, is pure political spin designed to steal credit from the scientists and companies that built it.
