Musk Says He Got 'Too Involved' With Politics, DOGE
Is Musk's DOGE exit a cynical PR move to save his crumbling empire or a patriot driven out by radical left harassment?

Musk's so-called regret rings hollow — DOGE gutted federal agencies, pushed out tens of thousands of workers and leaked sensitive data, all while failing to deliver the promised spending cuts. Tesla is tanking, SpaceX is struggling with investors and Musk is now staggeringly unpopular. This looks less like genuine remorse and more like a PR move to salvage a crumbling empire.
Right narrative
Musk's stepping back from DOGE makes sense. Relentless attacks from the left, including arson at Tesla dealerships, burned out someone who genuinely tried to cut wasteful government spending. DOGE stopped funding that made no sense and saved real money. The left's campaign of harassment is what drove Musk away from a highly effective run in public service.
