A 38% turnout, the lowest in nearly two decades, is no real mandate — it's a verdict on a political class that young Moroccans have written off entirely. Only about 4% of registered voters were 18 to 24, unemployment sits at 13% despite strong economic growth, and stadium money keeps flowing while hospitals and schools fail. Until wages, jobs and health care come first, ballots will keep going unfilled and electoral mandates be left hollow.
