Standardized ballot envelopes and voter lists are common-sense guardrails for mail-in voting. Blocking the USPS rule rewards state resistance, leaving ballots less traceable and more susceptible to voter fraud right before the midterms.
Blocking the USPS rule is the right call. Last-minute envelope mandates and voter-list uploads would cause chaos, burden states and risk shutting out eligible voters on no evidentiary basis of widespread fraud undermining elections.
