Judge Rules for Washington Post in Trump Defamation Suit
Are Trump's media lawsuits a dangerous threat to press freedom or a necessary defense against biased political hit jobs?

Judge Barber was correct to toss this suit because there was zero evidence of actual malice, just like every other media lawsuit Trump has filed. The pattern is undeniable — suits against CNN and several other media outlets have all failed. Weaponizing defamation law against a free press is a direct threat to press freedom and democracy.
