The Spin

Left narrative

Netanyahu is rigging the game before a single vote is cast, blocking polling stations for 37,000 elderly voters while quietly legalizing what looks like vote-buying in Likud primaries. The coalition is rewriting election rules to protect a leader whose poll numbers are in free-fall. A democracy that lets its ruling party gut the mechanics of voting is only staging a free election.

Right narrative

Netanyahu's leadership is the reason Israel is still standing. While opposition politicians offer polls and press releases, Bibi delivers strategic dominance, a fully restored alliance with Washington and battlefield momentum that enemies genuinely fear. Dismantling that leadership mid-war would hand adversaries exactly the opening they've been waiting for.
