Is the ICC probe against Karim Khan a politically motivated hit job or a legitimate case of misconduct that cannot be ignored?

The Spin

Left narrative

The ICC panel of three judges unanimously cleared Prosecutor Karim Khan of all misconduct charges beyond any reasonable doubt, making the case against him look like a politically motivated hit job. The timing is obvious — charges surfaced right after Khan issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu, and the pro-apartheid lobby has been gunning for him ever since. Justice demands that this transparent attempt to remove a prosecutor doing his job must be stopped cold.

Right narrative

Karim Khan's misconduct probe isn't just about one accuser — a second woman came forward, staff are being retaliated against for speaking out, and Khan allegedly told his accuser her claims would hurt the Netanyahu warrant push, pressuring her to withdraw allegations. The arrest warrants conveniently dropped right as the scandal broke, and intelligence firms tied to Qatar were hired to discredit his accuser. The ICC cannot credibly pursue justice with someone this compromised at the helm.
