Version 7.13.0
The IAEA has confirmed what Israel knew back in 2007 — Syria was secretly building a nuclear reactor, manufacturing fuel for it and stockpiling 73 metric tons of uranium. Assad lied to the world while the international community condemned Israel's strike. Had Israel stood down, a rogue regime could have gone nuclear before anyone stopped it.
While the world fixates on Syria's undeclared reactor, Israel operates outside any nuclear oversight with zero accountability. The IAEA should be inspecting Israel's arsenal just as aggressively. Developing nuclear energy isn't inherently illegal, and applying this scrutiny selectively exposes a glaring double standard in how global nuclear governance actually works.
