Waiving sanctions and buying Russian diesel to shave pennies off pump prices rewards a war that needs to end, not concessions that prolong it. Real diplomacy runs on economic pressure and stronger air defenses for Kyiv, not diplomatic favors and club privileges for a serial rule-breaker.
Establishment-critical narrative
Talking only to friends achieves nothing, so bringing Moscow to the table is essential to ending the killing.
