The U.K.'s Parliamentary Standards Commissioner has opened a formal inquiry into Reform UK leader Nigel Farage over his failure to declare a £5 million ($6.7 million) gift from Thailand-based cryptocurrency investor Christopher Harborne, received in 2024.
