Version 7.18.3
Terrorizing civilians with fabricated nuclear and chemical alerts amounts to psychological warfare directed at those least equipped to defend themselves. Emergency warning systems exist to protect lives, not spread fear through deliberate deception. Compromising these channels undermines public trust and risks making families question real warnings. This incident shows how far Russia is willing to go against Ukrainian civilians.
Fabricated nuclear launch alerts, instructions to stockpile food and crude taunts dragged ordinary, unsuspecting Russians into the very panic being condemned elsewhere. Moscow is still investigating the incident, but Kyiv was quick to blame the Kremlin and retaliated without evidence, exposing civilians to psychological intimidation through a channel intended to protect them during genuine emergencies.
