Charlie Kirk Statue Restored Following Vandalism
Was the vandalism justified protest against an undeserved monument or a chilling celebration of his murder?

The outrage over some red paint on a Charlie Kirk statue rings hollow coming from the same crowd that cheered when George Floyd and Breonna Taylor memorials got trashed and LGBTQ crosswalks were scrubbed away. Kirk built a career pushing bigotry marketed as faith to keep followers in line. A man like that never deserved a statue in the first place.

Spraying a Charlie Kirk statue with red paint days after the anniversary of his assassination is a deliberate nod to bloodshed, not a protest. The same crowd that cheered his murder now desecrates his memory, which shows the goal was never unity or dialogue. Whoever did this should be caught, prosecuted and made an example of.
